I am a senior UX Designer, focusing on goal-driven design, empathy in human-computer interaction and an emphasis on using color, typography, and composition to create user interfaces. My multi-disciplined skill sets allow me to jump into any role or task, whether it’s research, wireframing, icon designs, branding, mockups, design for print media, or even drawing unique and charming illustrations. I enjoy leading small teams while working closely with developers, SMEs, and stakeholders alike. My passion is identifying and solving real consumer and business problems while asking the right questions to create elegant user-centric web and mobile applications.

I am highly critical in evaluating the usability of web and mobile applications at my work. I am observant of the human/machine interaction and I document the expected UX verses the actual outcome. This help us form, refine, and test our design strategies to make our apps work and function in the hands of our customers.

I've been responsible for creating graphics with high visual impact using the core principles of art, design, and typography. I love to learn new software and tech to help speed up my design process, and I am excellent in spotting and adapting the latest trends.

I have traveled, interviewed and recorded our customers to gather the knowledge necessary to improve our products. This helps me to improve on my designs for usability and keeps the applications concise and relevant to our customers.

I often receive few instructions and guidelines therefore I use Lean UX and Agile sprints to quickly discover, plan, and build many prototypes. This method had help us to refine the user experience to launch the best version of our products.
